    Monitor Overheating

    Does anyone have the problem of monitor overheating ? I am using my monitor constantly and because of that sometimes half of the screen turns black .I don't know what to do.Any suggestions will be helpful.

    Switch off your monitor when you are not looking at it ... atleast for 15 mins .. say for example While downloading
    Don't use fancy screen savers use the Simple ones.

    Monitor Overheating

    your power supply from your computer should not affect your monitor in any case. If it does, your problems go much much deeper, to your motherboard. I have never heared of a monitor overheating, but i guess anything is possible. I also the windows error reffers to an error regarding your video card.
