Amd is all set to release a new graphics card under it’s HD series the ATI HD 4830.The graphics card is built on the famous RV770 chip, and will be made by AIBs themselves, indicating that the card will be clocked differently by each AIB. Nothing much is known about this card except that it will feature 480 stream processors,It will compete with the GeForce 9800GT and 9600GT.official launch date is not announced,but expect it in the first half of October.

AMD is preparing to complete its range of graphics cards with the launch of the Radeon HD 4830. Expected for October 21, the card should be negotiated within 120 euros will be available from some partners in principle Palit, PowerColor and Sapphire. Later specifications, the Radeon HD 4830 should do with 640 stream processors when the Radeon HD 4850 or its big brother the Radeon HD 4870 processor board 800 flows.

Supported 512 MB of video memory, in the case of GDDR3, the card will use 256-bit memory interface and its operating frequency of 575 MHz will be for the graphics chip and 900 MHz memory. Remains to be seen what will be practiced against this new chip by NVIDIA taking into account and how would they react.
