Samsung monitor settings

Hi, I have Samsung SyncMaster 794mg.
I want to know how can i set the monitor display settings?
I mead the Brightness, contrast & all. How to solve the problem of sore eyes too?
Is there any way i can set everything to default?

It's not the monitor that causes sore eyes, it's the contrast between the screen and the surrounding environment. Try turning on other lights in the room so the area surrounding the screen is just as bright as the screen itself. You'll get sore eyes very quickly if you use your computer with the lights off, especially at night.
