what to do wen sometimes i change my monitors frequency and at times the screen gets blank and it shows OUT OF FREQUENCY

You cannot go above if you put the refresh rate above than what your monitor supports. How old is your monitor? Sometimes when it gets old it cannot support the minimal refresh rate that it used to do. What are your computer specs? Can you be more specific? See if the monitor is plugged properly on the back of your case.

ok, try to install all the drivers from your motherboard cd including your onboard graphics/ graphics cards drivers if any?
