Consultation needed for videocard

I have installed a video card in the AGP slot, when I connect my monitor cable noting I can seee, when I install to the onboard video card if it is, as I do that works for the video card PGA? AGP video card is 256mb of onboard.

Check the wires, if they are properly connectted. Secondly remove the card and put again. see now if its starts properly.
