Game crashes pointing towards video card

I play games a lot. From 2-3 days it is crashing a lot on a random basis and an error comes up pointing me about my video card with the following message:

Out of Video Memory
OR
Cannot find D3D9 device

I think there is some internal driver error. What can I do to fix this?

Don't know about game crashing but did you tried uninstalling and reinstalling or updating your video card drivers?

That happens because your video card is running out of memory. The only solution to this is change your video card.
