Help required for video card on pcchips P23G

Well my query goes more or less I want to install a video card in my computer but would like to know if my plate PCchips P23G is compatible with PCI Express technology, because although it has slots for video cards AGP, PCI Express are more fast, as I understand it. And in the case does not support PCI-Ex card that I recommend?
