LCD monitor blank screen

hi,
I have a Aoc 19mvwk widescreen LCD display. This LCD says "No signal going to sleep" on the boot up & goes black.
Don't know what is the problem?
CRt monitor works fine that means the problenm is with the LCD only.
Please help.

I think it's may be due to any windows update.
Actually LCD monitors are quite well working but this updates causes such kind of problems.
What is your other hardware?

Did u tried to unplug the monitor & plug it again?
Just try it once it may works out for you?

Tried plug & unplug.
When my display is not showing if i turn off the monitor,
and turn it back on again, the display works for about 3 seconds,
and then goes off again. I also tried to reset the graphic card.
