Graphic card showing 1 MB in BIOS

IM going to buy a new card and going to throw my old card in the garbage .
Why you ask because I can only allocate 1.25MB or 1MB to my video card. I dont know how but ,yes it does , im not going to use this graphic card for now but i want to know what was the problem of this card .

I dont think your video card can get fix, why hit your face in the video card better to take a new graphic card

i will but just not the right time to get a new pc, i brought this new video card Radeon X1300PCI and it looks good
