I want to know why Microsoft Office Project 2007 does not support exporting of HTML data even when older version of Microsoft Office Project 2007 supports it??? Is there any possibilities of getting support for exporting of HTML data via update???

Yes Microsoft Office Project 2007 does not support exporting of HTML data but you can save a project as a XML. XML is Extensible Markup Language [XML] and its a rich, structured data. It is capable of describing any type of content, you can apply any style sheet to the XML file as well. I know that HTML save was quite easy for creating resource reports and open then from Excel for checking the status, even i am a bit disappointed but i think Microsoft will put this feature back soon.
I am not sure but just try this:
- From file menu select "Save As"
- Then in "Save as type" drop down select " Web Page
- You can use Filtered (*.htm, *.html)"and click on Ok
I am not sure if Microsoft Office Project 2007 has an option for that but you can surely check it out.
That option is not in Microsoft Office Project 2007, it was there in Project 2003. I am quite sure that the Save as HTML command is not in the Project 2007 release.
