Project 2000 ad Project 2007 converter

I am using Microsoft Project 2000 but i have received some files that where saved in project 2007. Whenever i am trying to open those file with project 2000, i am suggested to download project converter. When i follow the instruction then i am led to a Microsoft site for downloading the project converter but i don't see any link for the download. I want to know form where i can download that converter.

There is no Project 2000 ad Project 2007 converter, either you will have to ask the person who has sent you Project 2007 files to save the file in Project 2000-2003 file format.
