Resource Availability

I'm using Project Pro 2010 standalone. In the Resource sheet view Ive added the columns 'Available from' and Available to' but cant enter any dates in the cells. Is this possible or is the only option to open the Resource Information box for each resource, click on the 'general' tab and enter the information there?

They are both calculated resource fields so no entry is possible in a resource view. Yes, you can define "Available From/To" ranges in Resource Information dialog box.

Remarks You cannot directly edit the Available From field. Instead, you can set up availability dates and units on the General tab of the Resource Information dialog box. The date set for the current period is shown in the Available From field.
