Incorrect end date for a task with the same duration

HI,

I have project file, in which the end date of the task is not correct, because same data (with same duration and start date) in another project file shows me the correct date.

I checked the settings in the calendar and if there is any lag associated with it, everything is same in both the project files..

Is there anything i am missing.

To find the End Date of the complete series, click Edit Recurring on the Edit menu. Then click Tasks and double-click the task to be viewed. There are no start or end times for Tasks. You have it seems made an appointment in your Calendar. Tasks have start and end days. Maybe the cleanreminders switch will help you.

Do you have resources assigned to the task with a different calendar? Is the work on the two tasks the same?

Is the definition of "day" in both files the same?
