Automatically change duration from days to weeks

I have a (big) schedule with all the durations in days. Now the PM wants to see the durations in weeks. Do I have to manually change each duration, or is there a way to do it automatically?

    Hi Martin,

Run the "Format Duration" macro. Tools > Macro > Macros. Select the Format_Duration macro and when it runs, select weeks.

    I hope this helps.

Thank you! That was so easy! It is amazing all the things Project can do. You just have to know where to find them.

Sorry for bringing this old thread back up but does anyone know how to do this same thing in Project 2010 now that there are no default macros like referenced above?

    Thanks,

If you change the "duration is entered in" setting that should alter the duration measurement for the Duration1 field. Create a formula in the Duration1 field of [Duration] and you can now see the information formatted correctly.
