Custom Reports in MS Project

I'm looking for a text or excel based report from project that allows me to show only tasks started or that should have started, and their start/finish dates, baseline start/finish dates, and slippage. I've been playing around with the reporting tools but have not been able to come up with this sort of configuration. Is there a way to do this?

Have you looked into exporting data to Excel? You can base an export on a table as well as use existing filters. You could use the "Should have started" filter or the "slipping tasks" filter in the export.
