Hi Martin, Run the "Format Duration" macro. Tools > Macro > Macros. Select the Format_Duration macro and when it runs, select weeks. I hope this helps. Julie |

Sorry for bringing this old thread back up but does anyone know how to do this same thing in Project 2010 now that there are no default macros like referenced above? Thanks, Ed |

If you change the "duration is entered in" setting that should alter the duration measurement for the Duration1 field. Create a formula in the Duration1 field of [Duration] and you can now see the information formatted correctly. Julie |
