Help! Project files blank when opened...

I am using MP 2007 SP2.

Twice now I have saved A LOT of work but when I subsequently try and open it again the whole file is blank. I started pasting stuff into excel to keep a backup of it but didnt since 9 this morning and I've lost a huge amount of work :(

The files seem to be smaller than usual 383 KB - is there any way I can get these back?

As far as I know about this problem, it must be because of corrupted OS or it’s have to be problem with the MS excel. To be honest I am just guessing on this one as it isn't an ordinary trouble. If possible than try to save it with different name and save it in different location which may be sometime cause the trouble. And if I am talk to recover your file just try to do system restore. May be its help if you save your file properly and if this is not use than just try to use the 3rd party system recover software, which help to get back your deleted files.
