Project Duration measured in hours and minutes

Facing some problems with my Gantt chart and PERT chart. Like my projects are measured instead of days, it is measured in hours and minutes. Is there any way I can change Gantt chart and PERT chart to measure my charts in hours and minutes rather then days?

Yes, it is possible. There are few things you need to go through to make it so. Start by going into Gantt Chart, zoom in using the magnifying glass until it shows the right time scale. Now click Tools, Options, Schedule and modify so the default unit is hours. Once done, run the Format Duration macro to change all of the existing displays to hours. Hope it helps.

I have done this in simpler way. I went to Tools > Options > View tab and changed the settings to show hours and minutes of the day.
