Project 2003 - Print Gantt Chart BetweenTwo Dates

    Hello,

I have a project which has some historical data on it, and then estimates going forward over 5 years.

I would like to print out the gannt chart between two date (say 1 Jan 09, to 30 Jun 2010). I would like to see any task which may start in 2008 and extends into 2009, but I only want to see that part of the bar which falls in 2009. Similarly, for tasks which start in 2010, and extend past 30 Jun 2010. And obviously I also want to see all the tasks which start and end between those dates.

I've looked at the thread titles here, and read the FAQ's, but I can't see anything which indicates how to do this.

    Thanks.

I think while printing you get an option to select the time range for printing, right? As far as I know this range covers full project duration by default but you are allowed to change it as per your preference. Just try doing this, hopefully your problem will be solved.

    Hello CeeTee,

Choose File > Print through the menu. You can set date ranges in
    the Print dialog box.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
