Can anyone tell me how to add a water mark on the printer output? Thanks.

I dont think that microsoft project has the capability of directly printing watermarks. But there were some options that were suggested before. You can try to insert "Draft" into the header or footer on the print-out via File >> Page Setup and then Header or Footer Tab. You can also try to insert a text box on the graphic portion of the view (Gantt Chart) but that till take a bit of manual formatting to make it look like a watermark. There are some PDF file making software such as Free PDF, Adobe, etc, that will allow inserting watermarks in the document.

You can also try to prepint paper using Word and then use that in Project.

You can also use VidLogo which is a simple utility that allows you to add a logo or watermark to video file very easily. Just select the video, choose the logo you want to insert, place it in the area where you want to go out and it gets ready. The program supports most common formats, both video (AVI, WMV, DivX, ASF, etc.) and graphic (BMP, JPG, GIF).
