Add a Text Note to a Gantt chart in project

I have created a task in Project 2003 which is split in 3 parts that is Delivery #1, #2 & #3. So far I have successfully used Text1 & Text2 for the left and right-hand of the bar but not getting the way to add and Text arrow in the center. Can anyone please let me know how can I add small text note in my Gantt Chart? Is it really possible?

Hello rasena, it can be easily done from the View >Toolbars > Drawing. Did you tried that?

Go to Toolbar and draw it where ever you need to add it. You can also add a arrow to a task or a date by simply from the right click properties of the same. Not that all, it also allows you to change the thickness, color etc.

Thank you very much for the help ApPy10 but i have a question here, I am actually looking a way to add Insert/Text Box as in MS Word or Excel. Can I attach text in project?

Click "Insert", then "drawing", then "text box". Simple as that!
