MS Project 2007 to MS Project 2000 converter

I am using an very old version of Microsoft Project 2000 version and I recently got a project report in 2007 version. So, can anyone tell me whether I will be able to see this document with my MS Project 2000 version? Thanks.

No, you cant do that. MS Project 2007 basically uses a different file format than earlier versions. You have to ask whomever sent you the Project 2007 file to Save the same in Project 2003 format and then you will be able to read it in the ms project version that you have. Hope that this will help you out.
