This problem occurs because of a problem in the SCSIPORT driver. The problem occurs when incorrect areas of memory are overwritten or are written to disk. This problem occurs only with SCSIPORT drivers that do not use map buffers for I/O transfers. check here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/835166

It seems to be a driver issue or a power issue may be. The drivers aren't functioning properly. The problem is caused by AFD.sys (file used for managing Windows WINSOCK communications). Microsoft has stated that this problem occurs when a user without admin rights/program with out admin rights tries winsock communication. I have solved the problem, it was a malware: Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Bagle.cu,it create an hide virtual device "megadrv3" and some files like srosa.sys ecc.
