All right, you can use this method to get rid of SMax4PNP actually this gets executed from the Run key.Append a task sequence at the end of the deployment to remove the key from HKLM\Software\Microsoft \CurrentVersion\Run.

Yeah I know the SMax4PnP is a utility for adjusting the Soundmax sound card. But i have no clue about disabling it from loading at startup will have any adverse effects on your sound card or your OS.Also, confirm you have the up to date DirectX.I think you can better approach Soundmax web site and get assistance

I know how these random errors can be troublesome to fix, hopefully we’ll get it taken care of though. The file in the error is actually a Soundmax driver. I would advise removing the Soundmax driver and any associated Soundmax software. Reboot and see if the error disappears. If so, try reinstalling the driver and see if the error comes back. The problem may be that some recently installed software may have provided an update that changed the location or contents of a needed .dll. Uninstalling and reinstalling the driver should fix it. I hope this helps.
