Fireworks save button issue

I am having a fireworks installed in my computer was working fine till now but suddenly got an issue with the save button was not working & gave a message saying "an internal error occurred. Cannot save the file." Can anyone help with it...??

Don't haktik as in an internal file might have got corrupted. Try uninstalling the software & again installing it. This may fix the problem.

Try to Repair the software if repair option comes.

One of my colleague was having the same problem with him & was solved by :
uninstalling quicktime and itunes fixed it, so I don't think it was fireworks.

Possible three solution coming in my mindis as follows :

• Repair the Fireworks installation (install over it)
  
  
• A fresh installation - ie.: completelly unistall Fireworks then install it again
  
  
• Disable plugins (C:\Program Files\Macromedia\Fireworks 8\Plug-Ins\)

Try this will definitely help you :

• Open Windows Explorer
• Go to C:\Program Files\QuickTime
• Rename folder "QTSystem" to "QTSystem-OLD"
• The problem is that, Quicktime/iTunes interface with Fireworks installation.
