How to move DNS Server from Windows 2000 to Windows 2003 ?

    Hi,

I have a standalone windows 2000 server running DNS Server and I have
another Server with Windows 2003 that going to replace the first one.
(Different Server name, same IP Address)

I need to know how can I move/copy/backup or transfer the DNS from the
2000 to 2003. There are NO Active Directory

    Thanks
