I have a problem with my graphics card, It really Lag on games?

my config:

• window vista 64bits
• AMD dual core 6000 + (3.1ghz)
• ASUS M2N-VM HDMI
• graphics card msi 9800gt 512mb
• Food Cooler Master 620w
• 2x2 gb kingston DDR2-800mhz
• 107cm LCD, 1360x768 resolution

Despite all this Lag on Call of Duty 4 even in low resolution, assassin creed.

Reinstall your drivers.

Always the same with nVidia cards, it is better to test drivers available ... Basically, the last dated drivers are not always the best . Sometimes, drivers "might" be supplied with the graphics card is more stable than the last drivers out.

I just watch your thing a bit deeper and I noticed a few elements that could explain your lags:

The first thing is that your motherboard chipset has a 3 years old and was already not a performance model at the time (dedicated to the office). It is therefore almost certain that your motherboard will curb your equipment.
What on the second thing. I see that your motherboard has an integrated graphics chipset. Would you not simply . Connected your screen video port on the motherboard instead of connecting it to your graphics card?
Since you have connected a TV (HDMI thus?) On your computer, I am pretty sure he is actually the problem, your graphics card has (I believe) no HDMI port (but your motherboard has one).
You are therefore being run your games on your graphics chipset motherboard and not on your graphics card: -> Normal lag it!
