| start button and task bar disappeared
after downloading an msn game, our start button and taskbar have disappeared. i've tried restarting the computer to no avail. all i can find under support involves clicking on the start button, but mine isn't there. anyone have any ideas on what to do to have the start button displayed again?  |

First, ensure that the taskbar isn't just hidden. Press the Windows key on your keyboard and see if the Start Menu and Taskbar pop up. If so, you just need to adjust the Taskbar properties to not "autohide". Try using system restore.
