Can Vista Media Center play clear QAM channels?

I can watch clear QAM channels on my PC when I use the software that came
with my TV tuner. I couldn't get it to work on my Xbox 360 thru windows
media center. Any advise?

Neither XP or Vista Media Center support QAM channels, and probably never will.

You may try HDHomeRun.It supports QAM unencrypted cable.

Senqupta below is correct. HDHomerun supports clear QAM. I have one and it
works well with MCE 2005, and the website says it supports Vista.

HDHomerun uses an ethernet connection to send HD content to Media Center and
Media Center sees it as two tuners (there are two coax inputs on the back of
HDHomerun).

I just saw that chiefvalue.com has silicondust hdhomerun for $129.99 shipped using the code CPFEBHOME28. heck of a deal, i just picked one up. Been waiting for QAM on my media center PC for some time now!
