| system error: An internal error occurred: the request is not suppo
Well i have a laptop and a computer at home. The internet on my computer works fine however the internet on the laptop does not work. I called the internet provider and they went through all the steps to troubleshoot and they told me that it wasn't the internet's fault and it is a problem with the computer. The internet provider told me to go on start, click run, and type in "cmd" from there i was told to type in "ipconfig" and the error on it says, Windows IP Configuration An internal error occurred: The request is not supported. Please contact Microsoft Product Support Services for further help. Additional information: Unable to Query host name. C:WDocuments and SettingsWOwner> Ok i dont know what that means. Please help me fix my laptop so i can use the internet again. Its not just the internet explorer that doesn't work, its the whole internet. The laptop is a Toshiba laptop Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 2 |
