Windows Media Player Error Message C00D11B0 with Original Error Code C00D2EE6

I am receiving the following error when trying to view a training video clip
from the Microsoft Expression Web Quick Start pages.

1. I use an ISA 2004 Proxy Firewall for network internet access and the
Client workstation is configured with the Microsoft Firewall Client
2. I believe the WMP11 Player netwirk settings are configured correctly (
settings: RTSP/UDP=ON, RTSP/TCP=ON, HTTP=ON, Use Ports=OFF
3. There are a number of other videos on this page that are downloading and
playing OK

The error message seems to indicate the problem is with the streaming site
either being offline or too busy, and try viewing this video at an off peak
time.
Is this the root cause or could it still be a configuration problem with
either the ISA 2004 Firewall settings or the WMP11 config????

TIA
GJS
