What does the Exception Processing Message c0000013 refers to

At the time of working on Windows XP Media Center after sometime I keep on getting message saying that WINDOWS - NO DISK. Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 475b6bf9c 75b6bf9c. I get this error constantly. My system has Media Center Edition 5.1 SP2. There is a AMD dual core processor in that. I am using some popular media edition software. I am using Animation Master and I had upgraded that to a new edition. After upgrading HP agent found some new updates. I had allowed to install them. But later on after reboot I am constantly getting the error.

Try to run system restore. This will roll up old updates and settings. There is no exact reason available behind the update. There is a TV Tuner card in my system. I had got the same error. I was bit agitated. There is on confirmation that updates has screwed this thing. After system restore the error stopped but still if I update my windows I am going to get that again. So that is a bit annoying.

After going through a number of discussion I was able to find that this problem lies with some internal hardware. Windows update modifies some system files and the sound card is affected. You have to remove the recent updates which are installed in the system. You will need to manually update and use the only one which does not pop out any error. The updates that you will need to remove is KB925902, KB931261, KB930178, KB931784 and KB932168.
