Unknown discovery service error. Code: 14

Date/Time/Time Zone are correct. Tried to download Guide with Firewall
disabled. Tried deleting
C:\DocumentsandSettings\AllUsers\ApplicationData\Microsoft\eHome\EPG folder
contents and re-running Media Guide setup, however I still receive the same
error message. I am able to access the guide for my ZIP code using
zap2it.com.

Does anyone have another "fix"?

I'd really appreciate any help. Ken.

'Determine if the machine is capable of making any HTTPS connections.
This error has been reported in some cases when the network or proxy
server blocks HTTPS connections.'

Thanks for the reply. I checked and I was able to make an HTTPS connection.
Still unable to download Guide info. (Code: 14) I failed to mention earlier
that I have just upgraded to Windows Vista.
