Can I delete "old" MCX folders?

Whenever i connect my XBox 360 to my system running media center 2005, it creates a users account and folder in "Documents and Settings". It has created many MCX folders by now and i want to know if i can delete the ones that i don't need??? Are they important in any terms?? will they be required in future? any one? any idea?

Yes when we connect XBox 360 to any system running media center 2005, a user account is created and an Extender is added automatically. As far as i am aware there is no harm in deleting the MCX accounts which are not associated with Extender. In order to check which accounts are in use with specific Extender, Open Media Center Extender Manager, select the Extender from the list and select its Properties. You will be able to see the user account in dialog box. From here you can delete MCX accounts that might not be associated to any Extender. Hope that helps, in case you have any query further you can feel free to ask, best of luck.
