TV tuner not found error message

I have an Artec digital TV card which connects via usb. The TV card works in
windows but won't work in media center. I get the error message "TUNER NOT
FOUND The tuner hardware is either malfunctioning or not installed. Please
ensure that both the tuner hardware and a valid tuner driver are installed."
I have the latest drivers etc and the tv card does work as i can watch tv in
windows. Is there any compatibility issues or anything for certain drivers or
something i'm stumped! The model number etc is listed below. Any help will be
much appreciated.

Drivers used:
CD – V2.0.9
Download – 2.2.3.6 (from. http://artectv.com/Service_e/nl/home/drivers.htm)

I did not see any VISTA or MCE2005 Media Center application compatible
drivers listed only Windows OS compatible drivers.

So its an issue i should raise with the TV cards manufactuer. Thank You for
your response.

I don't think you will get very far with the manufacturer since the card
does the onboard hardware to support the MC application.
