ActiveSync download

When i am trying to download ActiveSync with my mobile PC using the supplied disk it says "This has not yet passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility with XP - you need software that has passed Logo Testing". I have tried downloading it from other site but the download failed with an error message saying "'File "wceusbsh.sys" on windows driver cabinet is needed" I am not able to make out whats wrong, Can anyone help me out???

I think you might have tried downloading it form some third party site. Try downloading it again from Microsoft site and see if you are able to download it without any issue.
