Stop: c000021a fatal system error bluescreen

Help please! I have a c000021 a fatal error message when I try to boot my computer. It goes straight to bluescreen. It will not start in safemode with command promp, networking or regular. Also this follows me finding a trojan.bamital!inf on my computer which I wasent able to get rid of because I had to do a manual removeal according to nortan and as i was going to restart my computer this happened. Be aware that just two days ago my explorer.exe was removed I assume by the trojan so I have not been able to navigate my desktop either. I was accessing my files by ctrl, alt, delet, browse files. Is this a hopeless cause???
