Windows Media Center Edition 2005 - Installation CD lost

I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop and it is running Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005. Some days before I formatted the laptop and thought that I will be able to recover the operating system from the recovery CD. But the recovery cd does not have the OS in it? I have got the genuine product key with me? Can anyone tell me how can I get the installation CD? Thanks for any suggestion.

Thank you very much jerry, because I was also in the same dilemma where I was having the product key but not the installation CD with me.
