Problem with Service Pack 3

Hi, umm I just recently had to a wipe of my hard drive on my computer,
someone installed service pack 3 for me on the computer, I used to have
windows media player 11, but now i have 10, for some odd reason when i try to
install windows media player 11, there is an error message saying that my
operating system is unsupported, i have windows XP Media center edition, and
i really want windows media player 11 back, how can i install it???
PS: i already tryed unistalling sp3 to go back to sp2, but it took out my
audio drivers so i went through system restore.... can anyone help me
please????

What's the file version for ehshell.exe on your system?
