Low on memory (Error C00D11C6)

I am searching on the web regarding the solution for my problem but I am not able to find a perfect solution for the same. When I am trying to listen to files from Soundclick by using Internet Explorer. I am getting a error message "C00D1197: Cannot play the file". I am trying to copy the URL to clipboard and then I try to open URL in my WMP I am getting another error message "C00D11C6: low on memory". My machine is not low on memory, I have 2 GB of Ram which is more than enough to run the files. When I am downloading the files I am able to play only m3u files on my desktop.

Do you have any suggestion?

I have problem and my is that when i try to listen to my online radio i get this error saying that your computer is running low on memory. Quit other programs and than try again, and i did it i delete some of my files but still i receive this error, I have 1.93Gb RAM so i don't think i have low memory what should i do i need your help please.
