    encountered error message C00D10DA

Yesterday before leaving to home, I updated my Windows Media player to version 11 on my office pc running Windows XP. And today when I tried to burn a CD, I received an error code “C00D10DA.”

I never had this problem until it was WMP 10. Is there any fix for this error or should I revert back to WMP 10?

I never had any problem burning CDs with Windows Media Player 11. Probably your installation might have got corrupted during the installation and hence you getting this problem. Just try un installing it and then re installing and it will work. Also do you have any related software like Roxio installed on your PC? if yes, delete them as well.

Yes, re-installing Windows Media Player for this error (C00D10DA) is the best fix. If that dont help you than, just follow the steps provided here http://www.microsoft.com/windows/win...nalid=8004021B

Hi - I have just bought a new laptop and have the same problem. Can you please tell me how I disable the drag to disk feature in Roxio?

    Thanks
