Change background color in Windows Media Player 11

I want to change the background colour for video playback in my windows media player 11. I am currently using Windows Vista on my machine. Now when I am trying to play back the videos, it is not taking the complete screen. Even the background is white. I want to change it black. Can you tell me whether it is possible If Yes then How ? I cannot see any option for the same. Can you please help.

Well even I wanted to change the colour background for Windows Media Player. Please follow the below steps to change the color.

1. Goto player option
2. Now click on the performance tab
3. Under video acceleration, click advanced option.
Now here you can changed the colour of your video border.
