WMP 11 no streaming video sound ok blue screen

Hello,
I am trying to see the streaming video from Diveo for an Argentinean TV
channel with open internet viewing at :

mms://200.73.177.44/alta

I see a blue screen, video is fine but no video.

I used to be able to see it with previous WMP versions. Help...!

You should still be able to view that using media player 6.4

Go to Start, choose Run, type in the box

mplayer2.exe

In that player, use the File -> Open menu on the URL above.

No, well you left it too long, That stream is no longer online since I
checked it 2 weeks ago for you ! The error message now is

The operation timed out, possibly due to network problems.
(Error=C00D0013)

Cannot open 'mmsu://200.73.177.44/alta'. (Error=8007274C)

try the "AC3 Filter" from here:
http://ac3filter.net/index.php?name=...rticle&artid=5

Then restart your computer and see if the sound works. I could play DVDs
beyond great, but with no sound. this fixed it. Perhaps it's the same with
streaming video... Good luck!
