Creative Labs Zen Xtra help please!!!

Hi... I have a Creative Labs Zen Xtra 30GB MP3 player. All my files on the
MP3 I've put them on there with Window Media Player. Now, I've updated to the
Windows Media Player 11, and I try to synchronize to my MP3 player and it's
not recognizing the device. Also, since it does not recognize the device, I
cannot "set it". Can I get some feedback and tips on what I should do please?

There are several downloads you can obtain @ creative.com for Zen Xtra. The
Organizer, I believe, will allow the unit to be recognized as a device in My
Computer and allow the syncronization of files between XP and the Zen. The
MediaSource/Player will allow you to migrate and delete files from your pc to
your Zen. Download and read the instructions first.
