Check out my posting "Total Time in List Pane - Where did it go?"

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/win...7-57ece6815358

to see all the rollbacks and downgrades WMP11 has done, and this is only my
2nd day to use it. I'm sure there are more features of WMP10 that were taken
out of WMP11.

Stick with WMP10! WMP11 sucks!

It's still there. Bottom left instead of bottom right.

No Bob, the Total Time for all your songs is *not* still there. Maybe the
individual time for a single song that is playing...that's what you see on
the bottom left - individual song time.

The cumulative Total Time for your playlist is not longer visible in the
List Pane with WMP11.

I have made a pretty picture in MSPaint:
http://zachd.com/pss/times.png
This shows cumulative Total Time for my playlist and also the total time for
some selected tracks.

Notes:
* The right-most list is a list I am dragging tracks to. Since I am not
playing a track from that, but rather "Section 12 (Hold Me Now)" by the
Polyphonic Spree from the library proper (in Songs:Details view), the Now
Doing header shows the total playlist time: 14 items for 63 minutes, a good
basic mix for a friend (although "Nothing to Lose" would have to go). If I
were playing a track from the playlist, the Now Doing pane header would
reflect the information for that track, and that is not what I want.
* All of my Album Artist "The Postal Service" tracks have been selected in
the library, where upon the bottom right chrome joyously points out that I
have 23 songs for a total of 102 minutes.

While I like all the songs in the playlist ("Awesome" is a friend's local
band), I would particularly recommend the Joe Crookston, Jackson Sisters,
and Yeah Yeah Yeahs remix - they're all gems I don't think enough people
have heard.

Speaking for myself only.
See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info.
