C00D11EF - Can't sync anything!

When I connect my Zen Vision M and open WMP 11, a pop up window to configure
my player for Sync appears. However, when I press "Finish", I get the
following: "It is not possible to change sync settings at this time. Try
again later."

I've tried several times "later" and I always get the same issue. Further,
if I click "Web Help," I get the above error code and no information is
available. Also, even though it's clear that WMP 11 recognizes my player, if
I try to drag and drop items to sync and press the "Start Sync" button,
nothing happens! Please help! Thanks

I am having the same exact problem and at a total loss as to what to
do. It all started after I formatted my Nomad Zen Xtra.

i have experienced exactly the same problem! and to be honest it stopped after i just simply turned it off waited 10 mins and turned it back on again
i did have it on for well over 72 hours so i decided what if i reset it and it worked tell me your outcome!
