Entry Point not Found

Hi
Tried installing Windows Media Player 9 on Windows 2000 Pro system
Got the following error

"setup_wm.exe entry point not found
The procedure entry point Getusergeoid could not be located in the DLL
Kernel32.dll "

Will appreciate any help

What's the version of kernel32.dll and setup_wm.exe on your system? You are
fully up to date on http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com on your system,
correct?

Yes, my system is up to date; have installed SP4
