WMP 11 and dual monitors

I have a user that has a Dell Latitude D800 that is docked and has 2 monitors
connected to the docking station. When she uses WMP to watch live video for
her job the second monitor will go black and occasionally flicker on and off,
i have checked her display setting and the options in WMP. Any help
please?????

One of the things I'd be considering is when the machine was last
update - specifically the Video Driver software.

You'd need to check on the manufacturers site, either Dell, or the
graphics card manufacturer (ATI/AMD, Intel or NVidia normally)

There are a few options in WMP to test this - I'd check the Tools ->
Options -> Performance -> Advanced (in XP) and try combinations of
reducing the hardware acceleration, turning off fullscreen mode switch
and so on - if that improves the result, it probably means the
graphics drivers are old and need to be update with better ones
