Error message 8007000E - Running low on memory

I can't stream live video anymore, I get the above message everytime. I have
ample memory, and the live video did work just fine a few days ago. As far as
I know no new updates have been installed, the only thing I did was re-start
my computer, then the live video would not work. Does anyone have any
suggestions?
I am on Vista.

What's a sample URL that has this problem for you?

What local file types work?
What local file types don't work?

See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info.

Re: Error message 8007000E - Running low on memory

All my local files seem to work such as mp3's, anything on Itunes, my own
recorded movies from camera and camcorder, wma files and such. Only the live
streaming video will not work, I was specifically trying this one
http://stream.lds.org/nestcam, but did try others just to double check. I
ended up downloading a freeware media player that I use just for this stream,
Windows Media Player is still my default for all else. I spent time online
with support, they had me try everything I had already tried such as restore
and updates, so finally did the freeware download and have had no problems,
even tho WMP still won't work for live feed.
