Windows Media Center Channel Scan Finds all Channels but...

All of my channels using Media Center used to work great. Then some of the
channels (Channel 7.1, and 9.1) stopped coming in. Actually at the same
time, all my TVs had the same problem (I believe it had to do with the
channels stopping analog transmission, why it affected digital transmission I
do not know). Anyway, I did a Channel Scan on all my other TVs with digital
tuners and they all started working fine (received all the channels). But
when I do the same thing using Windows Vista Media Center, it finds all the
channels, but it does not receive the transmissions for channels 7 and 9.
Any thoughts on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
